Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lecardio.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions and frieght delays, your order may get delayed. Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible.

U.K.& U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

We at Lecardio want to give our customers the best. We will send your order out as fast as we can. Most people should receive their package within 2-8 business days. (Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email ( info@lecardio.com ) or telephone ( +86 17685770215 ).

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. and all U.K.  orders – no minimum! .

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Lecardio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Lecardio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

At this time we only deliver to the United States and the United Kingdom. We do not currently deliver to other countries for the time being.
